Dr. Donald Hainer, DMD

A longtime presence in the Kent dental community, Dr. Donald Hainer has been in private practice for over 25 years. He graduated with honors from the University of Washington Dental School and was a member of the national Dental Honor Society. He’s dedicated to delivering dependable, long-term dental care to patients of all ages.

In his free time, Dr. Hainer enjoys outdoor adventures, especially skiing, camping, and off-roading in his Jeep. He and his wife, Joy, have been married for nearly three decades and enjoy time with their three children.

Dr. Manpreet Dhaliwal, DDS

With nearly a decade of experience, Dr. Manpreet Dhaliwal has built a reputation for compassionate, skillful dentistry. Patients appreciate his calm approach and his ability to create custom treatment plans that match their needs.

After studying at Green River Community College and the University of Washington, he earned his dental degree from the University of Detroit Mercy, consistently making the Dean’s List throughout his training.

Outside the office, Dr. Dhaliwal is an avid basketball fan who enjoys spending time with his wife, Dr. Navi, and their two sons.

Dr. Navi Dhaliwal, DDS

Dr. Navi Dhaliwal is known for her caring personality and patient-focused philosophy. She prides herself on always going the extra mile to understand each patient and empower them to make good decisions for their smiles.

After completing her undergraduate degree in Biology at Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, she also attended the University of Detroit Mercy for her dental training.

When she’s not practicing dentistry, Dr. Navi enjoys hiking, traveling, and sampling new foods with her husband. She considers him the biggest support in her career and cherishes their time together.

Dr. Dillon Chang

The newest member of the team at Complete Dental Care, Dr. Dillon Chang brings a passion for hands-on care and patient connection. Dentistry, for him, is the perfect blend of art, science, and personal interaction.

Dr. Chang began his studies at Penn State Erie and later earned his dental degree with honors from Temple University. Since joining the practice in 2022, he has been committed to improving his skills through continuing education and professional memberships, including the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Endodontists.

Outside of work, he enjoys gaming, singing, mixing creative cocktails, and relaxing with a good cup of coffee.

To locate our friendly dental office from East Hill-Meridian, take 132nd Ave SE to 120th Ave SE in Kent and head south on 140th Ave SE. Then, continue onto SE Lake Youngs Way and make a right onto SE 240th St before taking SE 248th St to 104th Ave. Next, turn left onto 120th Ave SE and then turn right onto SE 248th St and, turn left onto 104th Ave SE. Use the left lane to turn left onto SE 256th St, and stay to your left.
